The story behind the florist
Templem is the creation of Jen, a florist, horticulturist, and lifelong gatherer of beautiful things.
Having trained in floristry in Melbourne and later working in horticulture in London, Jen has brought her passions together to create something that’s more than a shop — it’s a feeling.
She is joined by Jessi, Templem’s head florist and resident colour whisperer.
With years of experience and a rare gift for composition, Jessi brings warmth, elegance and artistry to every arrangement — from daily flower deliveries across Byron Bay to unforgettable weddings and events.
