Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
If you have ordered same day delivery for flowers and plants, your order will be processed immediately. Please be aware that our fresh flowers and plants can only be delivered locally within the Byron Shire.
All other products are shipped nationwide.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, based on your address.
All Australian orders take between 4 to 7 business days to arrive at their destination excluding flowers and plant deliveries which arrive on the day you have requested. Some particular products might take up to 20 days to arrive due to high demand.
Any other international delivery usually takes about 15 – 20 business days.
We offer same day local delivery throughout the Byron Shire
To ensure same day delivery on your flowers and plants within the Byron Shire please complete your order by 12 noon. If you have any questions about delivery or if you have missed our cutoff time please call our store and we will do our best to arrange last minute delivery options for you: +61 0407721317.
All deliveries are performed by a courier company so please double check the address and contact details you have provided as flowers/plants that cannot be delivered due to an address error will incur a second fee for re delivery.
Local flower and plant delivery rates are calculated at checkout, based on your city / town.
In the event that the recipient is not home your flowers will be left in water in a cool, safe place.
Our Guarantee
Sometimes your orders can get lost/damaged on their journey to you. If this occurs, we will send you a replacement free of charge; Just contact our support team at hello@templem.com.au and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible!
Please, *Note that we may ask you to send us a picture of the damaged product before shipping the replacement.
Important Remarks
- Refunds are not given on free items. However, replacements are given for items lost while shipping.
- Replacements are sent up to 7 days after receiving your item.

Tracking your order
To track your order, we will send you all the tracking information to your e-mail.
Please note that your tracking number is the one we send automatically when we ship your order (it can take up to 2-3 business days). It usually is 13 characters long and starts and ends with a letter.
